Attractions
Orlando is host to the most famous theme parks in the world. Disney, with its' Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios has something for kids of all ages and is only minutes from where you will be staying. Just up the road is Universal Studios and its' Islands of Adventure where you can get up close and personal with Spiderman, Hulk, King Kong and even Dr. Suess and the cat in the hat. Close by is Sea World where you will be introduced to the wonders of our Oceans and Seas with a very special performance by Shamu and friends. Amazingly, these are just a few of the things to do because we also have the Holy Land, Fantasy of Flight, Old Town, Gatorland, and a ton of miniature golf courses, arcades, and water parks to pass the time.
For the sports minded we have our PGA/LPGA golf courses, pro basketball, NFL preseason football, at least 5 baseball spring training camps, Indianapolis style racetrack , Jai alai, dog racing, the Harlem Globetrotters, and even several marathon races. When you add in the parades and fireworks it's safe to say there is something here for everyone!
Shopping
Whether you are a professional shopper or an amature one this area is heaven. There is everything from Walmart to Tiffanys, from outlet malls to retail malls, and everything in between. Anchored by the 2 largest outlet malls on the planet and the Florida Mall, where shopping is so popular it has its' own hotel....... Orlando is truly the place you can shop till you drop.
Dining
Where else in the world can you have breakfast with Mickey and Minnie, brunch with Tigger and Pooh, lunch with Shamu, tea with Alice and dinner with real Pirates? You can dine in a rainforest, a prehistoric jungle (dinosaurs included), a castle, under the sea, on a farm and even in a car at the drive-in movies.
